Reset Signal on Ministra Player APP

Download Ministra Player APP and Install on Android Box / Phone.

If IPTV signal stops or runs unstable or channels is not available, you may need to reset the account to get signal back.

Note: One subscription only works on one device. Addition is necessary for multiple devices.

1. Here is most common error

2. To reset, select Ministra Player Setting

3. Click Exit to logout your existing user account

4. OK to exit

5. Remind that by clicking on 3 dots (on right side of white bar) will Delete or Edit account

6. By clicking any point on white bar (except 3 dots), will re-enter the account

7. Account signal is refreshing

8. Select TV to get TV channels

9. Channels refreshed.

10. All Categories and Channel lists displayed. Sometimes it may take 1-2 times of whole process to get the signal back
